執著與堅持

工作上執著與堅持, 往往都被說成是我太直接, 應該可以再圓滑點的說法, 就說你是倔, 就是沒有餘地的, 有些事情是沒所謂的,怎麼你老是在說這是不對的, 然後又說不同人自然有不同的處事手法之類的,還有很多方向都能將一件事做好, 沒必要到那個做法,等等等等.......

我沒否認,我也沒有質疑自己的方法,我不能完全認同,我理解
